First and for most,nigeria is a country with unlimited resoures and this resoures are taking by few individuals who takes them for their personal and slefish needs and not thinking of the people.
A leader who implements good and quality values to his/her followers will definitely have better productivity in his/her society.
suprisingly most ministers hardly give time for their followers to share problems or report problems most citizens dont even know their ministers or were to go for them to see their minister.this is very bad of leaders
of this time.they make themslef hard to see and totally forgotten about the people that voted them in.
Nigeria ought to be the GIANT of Africa in all ramifications has problems in almost all the sectors of the economy because of the poor state of the power sectors, nany businesses have untimetly died off in africa
because of the lack of power supply.

we should at less know the ministers around us and report problems of the society most ministers are unavaliable to their citivens this is very bad of any minister who those that,so many leaders lack what they call
leadership skills any leade who does'nt have any ideal of leadership skills is not meant to be called a leader.
now who is a leader a leader is someone who takes the followers serious and who shows a sign of courage and hope for his followers, you dont have to be voted in before you can be called a leader any one who has the aqbility to organise a group of people can be called a leader.a leader most be able to come up with good and quality ideas,a leader most be avaliable.
